Official Rules – The Season of Thanks Giveaway

• 1. Sponsor

  The Season of Thanks Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Infinite Defense, located at 23015 N 15th Ave, STE 106, Phoenix, AZ 85027.

  2. Eligibility

  Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  Contestants who cannot legally own any portion of the prize package due to age or state restrictions will instead be eligible to receive a $5,000 cash prize.
  This includes contestants under 21 years of age, or residents of California, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and Washington, D.C.
  If the winner resides in a state with a magazine capacity restriction, the Tactical Bundle will be shipped without 20-round magazines.

  Void where prohibited by law.

  3. Giveaway Period

  The Giveaway begins on November 19, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST and ends on January 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
  Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

  4. How to Enter

Option 2 – Cash Alternative

• (1) $5,000 Cash Prize

If the selected winner cannot legally own any part of the Tactical Bundle due to age or state restrictions, they will automatically receive the $5,000 cash prize instead.
The winner must confirm their choice of prize in writing within five (5) days of notification.
No cash or other substitutions will be permitted except at the discretion of Infinite Defense.
All federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on January 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM MST from all eligible entries received.
The winner will be contacted via email within five (5) days of the drawing.
If the selected winner does not respond within ten (10) days, a new winner will be drawn.
All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner reflecting the prize’s fair market value.
