Description
Our infamous Speed Bag Steel Target — also known as Balls of Steel, Speedbag, Mermaid Tail, Upside Down Heart, or Family Jewels — gives shooters a clear silhouette and a reactive target for pinpoint accuracy. Originally developed in self-healing rubber, the Speed Bag is now available in steel, bringing added durability and everyone's favorite "ding" on impact.
Measuring 6" tall by 5" wide, this uniquely shaped target is designed to mount beneath your primary target, creating a reactive secondary aiming point perfect for transition drills, follow-up shots, and low-zone precision work. Its movement on impact adds an extra layer of challenge, forcing shooters to maintain control and accuracy under pressure.
Built for versatility, the Speed Bag features a 1/2" mounting hole near the top that accepts standard 1/2" carriage bolts, letting you bolt it directly to compatible C-Zone steel targets or hang it as a standalone gong from a 2x4 hanger cap. Whether integrated into a larger system or run independently, it delivers consistent performance and high engagement in any setup.
